How do you pronounce Chalie?
Thanks for asking! 😊 It's pronounced as Charlie just spelled without the R.

When Chalie has work in stock Gallery Visits are available Fri & Sat by appointment, please book by clicking HERE. Should Chalie’s available works sell out online prior to your appointment you will be notified via SMS and email.

Can I pay via instalments?
Of course! Please email us via the contact page and include the Title of the original painting you would like to purchase via an instalment plan. We will then be in touch with an option/s for you to consider. Please ensure you check your spam/junk folders as sometimes replies may be filtered out.


What happens after I purchase a painting online?
Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an automated email receipt from our Shopify website. From there, we personally step in.

If you’ve provided an email address and contact number, we will be in touch to confirm your preferred delivery or collection option and to keep you informed with any relevant shipping or courier tracking updates.

We genuinely care about this stage of the process. Art is a meaningful purchase, and we understand that because we are collectors too. Clear communication, care, and meeting your individual needs are important to us, and we’re always here if you have questions or would like to check in at any stage.

Shipping
Shipping is FREE Australia wide. Delivery providers (if not Chalie herself) are chosen based on your location and the size of the artwork purchased. All artworks are professionally packaged by our gallery and/or to meet requirements/instructions of chosen couriers. Your artwork purchase is also insured and a tracking reference or contact details will be provided.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, please email us your address (country and postcode/zip code) and specify the particular painting you are interested in so we can obtain a shipping quote for you.

Commissions
While Chalie greatly values your interest, she is not accepting commissions for the foreseeable future.

You are invited to explore works available direct from Chalie’s gallery or at one of her stockists as listed under ‘Shop Original Art’. To stay informed about future releases or any changes regarding commissions, please subscribe to the newsletter.

Do you sell prints?
Currently, we do not sell reproductions (prints) of Chalie's Seasons, Places, Echoes or Origins original paintings. Any company/individual reproducing these artworks or other original paintings without a licensing agreement is infringing on Intellectual Property as per Copyright Law and may be subject to legal action.

Do you sell your artwork as NFTs?
No, we do not license or convert Chalie’s artwork into NFTs. Her practice is centered around tangible, handcrafted pieces that reflect her artistic vision and connection to nature.

Framing
All framing is completed by industry specialists. Many of Chalie's clients prefer natural American ash/raw oak but white, black and some alternative timber frames are all available to suit your personal preference and décor.

Delivery of damaged artworks
In the event of damage, clients must provide photographs of damage to both packaging and item. Insurance is only payable on the sale price of the damaged item, not shipping price.

Can I return my original artwork after purchase?
There are no returns or refunds on original artworks.
