Do you sell prints?
Currently, we do not sell reproductions (prints) of Chalie's Seasons series original paintings. Any company/individual reproducing Chalie's Seasons series or other original paintings without a licensing agreement is infringing on Intellectual Property as per Copyright Law and may be subject to legal action.
Can I pay via installments?
Of course! Please email us via the contact page and include the Title of the original painting you would like to purchase via an installment plan. We will then be in touch with an option/s for you to consider. Please ensure you check your spam/junk folders as sometimes replies may be filtered out.
How is shipping calculated?
Shipping is calculated at checkout and is based on your location and the size of the artwork being purchased. Please ensure you select the correct option applicable to your delivery address/location.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, please email us your address (country and postcode/zip code) and specify the particular painting you are interested in so we can obtain a shipping quote for you.
What do shipping costs cover?
All artworks are professionally packaged by our gallery and/or to meet requirements/instructions of chosen couriers such as Moving Art or Pack & Send. The artwork is also insured (many couriers do not offer insurance on original art), and a tracking reference or contact details will be provided.
We do not mark up shipping costs or inflate artwork prices to cover shipping costs. A copy of the shipping quote can be provided upon request.
Framing
Chalie does paint the canvas edges as part of her process however, her painting method can leave bits of colour on same. Chalie prefers to frame all her artwork as she feels it completes and adds to the piece. All framing is completed by industry specialists and we do not mark up these costs.
Many of Chalie's clients prefer natural American ash/raw oak but white, black and darker timber frames are all available to suit your personal preference and decor.
Delivery of damaged artworks
In the event of damage, clients must provide photographs of damage to both packaging and item. Insurance is only payable on the sale price of the damaged item, not shipping price.
Can I return my original artwork after purchase?
There are no returns or refunds on original artworks.
